Lodging Investors was created to bring all of the experience of the Lodging Advisors team to bear on select investments with equity partners. Opportunities will be pursued only when significant above market returns are identified. Such returns are achievable through the Lodging Investors unique ability to identify underperforming assets and recognize untapped opportunities through aggressive asset management. Lodging Investors will remain focused on a limited number of equity investments in order to assure the investments receive the focus of the senior management team, particularly Sean Hennessey, one of the foremost and widely recognized experts in the hospitality field. Each phase of the investment – acquisition underwriting, financing, asset management and disposition – will benefit from the collective experience and unique perspective of Sean Hennessey and the Lodging Investors team.
